Delete your DrChQ account
You can delete your DrChQ account at any time. Deleting it permanently erases the account and everything in it. This can't be undone.
The fastest and most secure way: delete it in the app
Deleting from the app happens immediately, and only you — signed in to your own account — can do it. If you've uninstalled DrChQ, install it again and sign in with the same Google account.
- Open DrChQ and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Privacy & Security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and the profiles of every family member you added.
- All reports and their files — prescriptions, lab reports, scans and visit summaries — including document previews.
- Health details: date of birth, gender, blood group, height, weight, mobile number and emergency contacts.
- Your consent history, notification settings and your DrChQ sign-in.
We keep only an anonymous record that a deletion took place (a one-way code that can't identify you, the date and how many items were removed), so we can show the data was erased.
Can't use the app? Request deletion
If you can't install the app or sign in any more, send us a request. Nothing is deleted when you submit this form — we first email the address you enter and delete the account only after you confirm from that same Google account. This keeps anyone else from deleting your data. We usually complete verified requests within 7 days.
